Adam Wilson - Pre-Construction Manager

Adam Wilson joined our team in 2005, after working for a little over a year as a HVAC helper. Soon after starting with Merryman-Farr, Adam became a Lead Forman. He will hold this title for 6 years until being promoted to a Project Manager and later a Pre-Construction Manager—a position he currently holds.

Adam is a ASHRAE member and has completed both 1 and 2 ASHRAE courses. Adam graduated from the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) School, after completing all 4 years.


Brian Williams – Contract Manager

Brian Reed – Pre-Construction Manager

Brian Reed began his career at Merryman-Farr in 2001 as a Journeyman Plumber. He then moved into construction estimating and pre-construction management. Brian’s current duties consist of new construction estimation, project start-up and cost management.

Brian is experienced in the design build of retail, manufacturing and logistics construction. His specialized training consist of radiant products and design, ASHRAE level I and II Design, Dale Carnegie, Estimating Software as well as various trade and management classes. He is currently a member of the American Builders Association and ASHRAE.

Craig Strahan – Project Manager

Craig started plumbing in 1996, where he worked around the Nashville area and on the road. His background includes working on residential homes, large apartment complexes, hospitals and retirement centers. Craig joined the Merryman-Farr team in 2008 as a Plumber and later worked his way up to one of our top Project Managers.

Craig holds licenses as both, Journeyman Plumber and Master Plumber. He has been teaching years 1 thru 4 at the Associated Builders and Contractor (ABC) School since 2013. Along with teaching at the ABC School, Craig also teaches our Journeyman/Master Exam classes here at Merryman-Farr.

Craig is currently a Project Manager for our Large Construction division. 

Nathan Koby – Estimator

Nathan Koby started out in Residential Heating and Cooling, where he worked for eleven years at a small company gaining knowledge of a wide range of skills in the HVAC trade. In the Fall of 2014, Nathan decided to join the Merryman-Farr team, expanding his knowledge for the industry.

Nathan served as one of our HVAC mechanics. He has attended the Mitsubishi course in Atlanta on Ductless Units. He currently holds the position of Estimator, where he is learning and expanding his knowledge of the HVAC industry from the other side.

Bobby Santi – Pre-Construction Manager

Bobby Santi began his career at Merryman-Farr in 2006 as a sheet metal apprentice. After developing numerous skills he was promoted to sheet metal mechanic and quickly rose to the top of his craft, roles he served in for 7 years. Bobby was responsible for various sized projects but always had a penchant for the large construction style of work.

Bobby graduated from the ABC craft training program in 2013. Using the skills he learned in the industry, he served as Chief Estimator for 3 years. Bobby is currently working with clients as a Pre-Construction Manager.

Bobby is an active member of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the Plumbing Heating and Cooling Contractors (PHCC) of Middle Tennessee.

Derek Sparkman – Pre-Construction Manager

Derek Sparkman started his career with Merryman-Farr in July of 2002. During this time, he has worked his way up from a sheet metal helper to pre-construction manager. Derek is responsible for project estimation, project start-up and managing project costs.

Derek is experience in the design-build of retail, ground up buildings, hospitality, and healthcare. He has attended numerous trade and management classes.

Carrie Theriaque – Accounts Receivable

Carrie Ann Theriaque is an Accounts Receivable rep with Merryman-Farr, LLC.  She has worked in the Plumbing/HVAC industry for 6+ years in various roles including Payroll, HR and Accounts Receivable/Payable. Carrie and her husband are natives of Massachusetts and made the exciting decision to move to Music City in 2004.   Although new to the Merryman-Farr team, Carrie is excited to tackle new challenges and learn and grow with the help of her new, experienced co-workers.  

Cory McCloud – Project Manager

Cory began working with Merryman-Farr in September of 2007. Entering in as a HVAC helper, he made his way to a lead mechanic. Currently, Cory is one of our project managers.

Cory has been to Mitsubishi training in Atlanta and currently holds a Journeyman Plumbing License. He is also EPA, Type I and Type II certified.

Cody Brown – Project Manager

Cody started his career in the HVAC Industry in 2011 as a Test and Balance (TAB) Apprentice. Joining our team in 2013 as a TAB Apprentice, he quickly moved to Technician where he acquired any skills in sheet metal and service. After working alongside other TAB Technicians, he moved to Test and Balance Manager until the spring of 2015, where he transitioned into his current role of Project Manager.

Here, Cody manages a variety of projects from hotel renovations, tenant build-outs restaurants and new construction. 

Jason Hollandsworth – Project Manager

Joining our family in April of 2005, Jason started as a sheet metal helper. After working as a help gaining knowledge of the mechanical industry, he became a lead mechanic. Jason would stay a lead mechanic for 10 years, where he would transition into the Air Balance Manager. Jason currently works as a Project Manager for our Tenant Improvements department.

Jason specialized in duct work, gas pip, ACR Copper, Low Voltage, Controls and air balance. He is certified on Mitsubishi VRF Systems and Climate Master Water Source Heat Pump and also holds certificates for OSHA 10 & 30, and Grease Management. He is currently a member of ASHRAE and has completed ASHRAE Level I & II Essentials.

Ron Ernser – Contract Manager

Starting in this business in 1996, Ron was installing mechanical for custom home projects in the Belle Meade area later working his way into small commercial projects.  In 2005 Ron attended Tennessee Tech to become a HVAC service technician. From 2004 to 2014 he was in the field providing services and installing HVAC equipment. Ron joined the Merryman-Farr family in 2007 with the service department and has moved into the Service Department as one of their Contract Managers and also manages preventive maintenance contracts and assists customers with professional advice in energy management, HVAC and plumbing needs for their facilities.

Amy Foxx – Administrative Assistant

Amy came to Merryman-Farr in October of 2015. Before joining our team, Amy worked as the Accounting Assistant/Administrative for Hawkins Development Co. Amy brings 20 years of experience in business and office administration in the Construction Industry.

Amy graduated from Branell Business College. She is married to Tim Foxx and they have 2 children. Amy currently resides in Smyrna,  TN.

Kevin Lynn – Pre-Construction Manager

Kelly Krahl – Accounts Payable

Kelly is a Nashville native. She attended high school at Nashville Christian School. She later attended college at MTSU and Nashville State, where she acquired an Accounting and Paralegal degree. The past 32 years, Kelly has worked from the west coast of Alaska to the east coast of North Carolina in Accounting, Law and Real Estate of some sort. She is a member of AIPB and NBA.

Philip Judd – Pre-Construction Manager

Philip Judd is a graduate of the University of Tennessee – Knoxville, where he earned a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Economics. Philip began his career with Merryman-Farr in 2011 as a sheet metal helper. After working in installation, he was moved into the Test and Balance Department where he worked on air balance, start-up and troubleshooting of HVAC systems. He is currently a Pre-Construction Manager, where he helps customers design HVAC & Plumbing systems in commercial applications. He also provides estimates to help customers with project valuations that satisfy their end objectives.

Philip graduated from the ABC Trade School as an HVAC Journeyman in 2015. He has also completed ASHRAE design training and currently is an active member of the NAIOP Nashville Chapter. 

Rob Hampton – Field Operations Manager

Rob Hampton started in the HVAC industry in 1996 as a sheet metal apprentice. In 2002, Rob joined the Merryman-Farr team as a lead mechanic for our Tenant Buildout Division. He was promoted to Project Manager and later Senior Project Manager, roles which he served in for 10 years. Rob now holds the position of Field Operations Manager where he oversees the field personnel and also assist the Project Managers with their scheduling needs.

Rob not only has over 20 years’ experience in HVAC, but also holds his Journeyman Plumbing License. He is an active member in Nashville Area Plumbing and Mechanical Association (NAPMA) and Plumbing Heating and Cooling Contractors (PHCC) of Middle Tennessee.

John Zarth – Pre-Construction Manager

Dana Chapman – Service Administration

Dana Ewing Chapman, Nashville Native, has worked in the Construction and Mechanical Industry for twenty-five years.  She earned an Associate Degree in Business Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems both from Aquinas College in Nashville, TN.   She earned an MBA in 2011 from Bethel University, Nashville, TN.   

Dana joined Merryman-Farr in 2013 as Service Administrator.  She handles the daily accounting functions in the service department, which includes accounts receivable billings and collections, accounts payable, and weekly timecard functions.  She also works closely with the Service Sales Team.

Tiffany Craig – Service Dispatcher

Ben Graves – Contract Manager

Ben graduated from MTSU in 2001 with a B.S. in Engineering Technology. He started in the mechanical industry as an assistant project manager in 2002, later being promoted to service manager. He joined our team in 2007 as a salesman and contract manager for the service division—a role he continues in to date. He specializes in maintenance contract negotiations, hydronic systems and energy management.

Tim Carney – Project Manager

Sydney Steenken – Administrative 

Sydney graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Business Management. She started in the construction industry in July of 2014, when she joined our team as the administrative assistant. After working with our company for a year, she was moved into the role of Project Manager Assistant. Here, she assists the project managers, schedules our Test and Balance and Warranty technicians, works with our sales team to get new projects started, and works to get all necessary items when projects finish up.

Jeremy Dismang – Warehouse  Manager

Jeremy came to Merryman-Farr in 2012 after working in building maintenance for 8 years. He started as the Assistant Warehouse Manager and later was promoted to his current role as Warehouse Manager. Jeremy is in charge of our warehouse operations as well as pulling all permits for our projects.

Jeremy is certified in Grease Management, OSHA 10 and 30 certified and CPR Certified. He has also been through training on both Tow Motor and Aerial Lift. 

Jared Smith – Project Manager

Tracy Barbuto – Payroll Manager

Tracy joined Merryman-Farr in 2015 after 18 years in the construction industry. She has worked as a PM Assistant and Office Manager for a HVAC and Plumbing Subcontractor and General Contractor. Tracy is currently our Payroll Manager.

Jeff Garrett – Senior Project Manager

Jeff joined our team in June of 2002. Starting out as a plumbing helper, he soon moved to Warehouse Manager—later working in the Service Department. Currently, Jeff holds the position of Senior Project Manager—where he assists the project managers with…

Jeff is Grease Control Intp Certified and has completed the OSHA 30 course. He also holds a Journeyman Plumbing License.

Billy Brown – Quality Control Manager

Billy started working in the Plumbing Industry in 1992. He came to Merryman-Farr, bringing with him vast experience in residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial mechanical systems with main focus on plumbing, medical gases, and mechanical piping systems. His focus is to work alongside our trained craftsmen to provide complete quality systems to our customers.

Billy currently holds Metro Nashville Master Plumbers License and a Medical Gas Installer Certification. It is Billy’s vision to pay it forward to the youth coming into our industry by educating and training them with hopes of them passing on our trade to the next generation.

Jarrod Anderson – Project Manager

Jarrod started in 1997 in the HVAC industry as a sheet metal apprentice, later becoming a sheet metal mechanic. Joining our team in 2004, Jarrod was a top sheet metal mechanic until 201, when he was promoted to one of our project managers. His past experience in HVAC helps him to effectively manage a wide variety of projects, ranging from Tenant Build Out to New Construction projects.

Jarrod is OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certified. He completed the ABC HVAC Apprenticeship Program, is EPA Universal Certified and holds a Journeyman Plumber license.
