“I am a Nashville native and I have served over 37 years in the Mechanical Contracting Industry. I have a strong desire to create a workplace where people can be motivated, mature in their field and be valued, I formed Merryman-Farr, LLC with Mark Farr in early 2001
I am very passionate about people and the respect and opportunity that they deserve. I enjoy the opportunity to mentor employees and enjoy watching talented people discover their strengths. By having this foundation in place, collectively, we can best serve our clients.
Realizing our clients are very important to us, we place ‘client satisfaction’ ahead of profit, while exercising complete integrity and commitment.”
“In 2001, Steve Merryman and I founded Merryman-Farr, LLC. Prior to that, Steve and I had worked together in the HVAC and Plumbing Industry for over 17 years.
I have always had an evident passion in the design aspect of our trade. I enjoy being able to provide the end-user with the most efficient and most cost-effective HVAC/Plumbing systems on the market today. I believe in earning trust from others by honest and consistent actions.
But, the most satisfying part of founding Merryman-Farr is having the opportunity to mentor those just starting in the mechanical industry; watching them grow in their careers, providing for their families and becoming the new leaders in the Mechanical Industry.
In the past 19 years, I have surrounded myself with a team of the hardest working people in the industry. Merryman-Farr is a true blessing in my life. Every day I find myself working alongside customers that I call friends and co-workers that I call family, and that is worth everything to me.”
